Villa Giuliana

What a great location!

The owners are friendly and helpful, and the property is surrounded by greenery, with a big landscaped park and a large heated pool. It’s been beautifully renovated, is clean and has all the comforts. Definitely worth a visit, a 10 out of 10!

The place itself was lovely and well looked after, but our stay was disappointing. We came for a dog show, and a friendly young man welcomed us when we arrived. He said dogs were welcome, then asked us to pay the remaining balance. We noticed a surcharge and asked what it was for. He said he’d added it for the dogs. Since he already knew we were bringing dogs, he could have mentioned the extra charge when we booked by phone. Still, we paid without making an issue of it. After that, we didn’t see him again. We had to buy toilet paper when we ran out. There was no breakfast during our three days, the room wasn’t cleaned, and we weren’t given fresh towels. For a B&B, I expected breakfast and the owner to be around, but that wasn’t our experience.

We came from Rome for a Christmas Day trip to Arezzo and had a lovely stay. The farmhouse is in a fantastic setting, and the apartments are spacious, very beautiful and recently renovated in a modern style. Thanks for having us!
