Villa Sabrina

Lovely hosts and a really nice country house.

The owner is very welcoming and ready to help with any request. The house has lots of room, including generous outdoor areas, and it’s only a few kilometers from the city center.

My family and I left after only a few hours, without spending the night. Once we’d paid, I discovered how dirty the room was, including the toilet and fixtures. We also found a strong musty smell, and the space was very cramped. It was under the stairs, with no proper windows, just a small vent high on the wall. I honestly wonder whether it was even habitable. I’m in Arezzo often, and I’ve found many people in this part of Tuscany honest, so I trusted the owner and paid without checking the room. Her husband greeted us, took our documents, and immediately asked for payment. I messaged Sabrina on WhatsApp to explain what had happened. I hoped she’d reply, discuss a solution, or offer a refund, but the landlady refused and didn’t respond at all. She didn’t even have the courtesy to answer my message saying we had left without sleeping there. This review could have been avoided if Sabrina had shown even a little attention or replied. Roberto

The breakfast had a good range, and the owners were kind and helpful. My single room was actually an annex, with everything needed, including a full kitchen, microwave, and kettle. The bathroom was fine, and the sofa was comfortable too. Good value for the price.
