A lovely spot.

The owner was friendly, as was his quiet, discreet dog. It’s a peaceful place surrounded by nature just outside the city, with plenty of space and competitive prices.

The bedrooms were comfortable and clean, and the owner’s kindness and helpfulness really stand out. There’s ample parking and a beautiful, well-kept garden. You can have breakfast outside on the veranda with the birdsong, or inside by the old fireplace. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the fresh air.

The hosts’ warmth and kindness, along with the option to cook and eat outside, made this a special stay. There’s room to dine alone or with friends, even a large group. The house is set in a huge garden and countryside, yet only five minutes from Arezzo. You could stay for days, weeks, or months, enjoying active downtime or doing remote work in a relaxed, human way. What more could you ask for?

The owner was so kind and friendly, and always ready to handle our requests, and we had quite a few. The rooms were clean and welcoming. Thanks again.
