Agriturismo Il Rustico

There's a huge garden that's kept in lovely shape, with a few rabbits hopping about. Each room has its own outdoor spot with a table and lounger or chairs, plus a private bathroom and air conditioning. The farmhouse is welcoming, peaceful, spotless, tidy, and even smells fresh. We found everything we needed. My boyfriend and I have known Fabiana for years, and she's as dependable as ever. She and her family clearly put a lot of love into their work and into welcoming people. Fabiana is warm, greets you with a smile, and is always ready to find a solution. For people who love nature, quiet, and warmth, this is just the place. We highly recommend it.

The location is fantastic and feels true to the area, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. I spent a lovely weekend here in August, and everything was just right. A 10+ experience, more than five stars in my book. We'll be back soon.

We always have a great time here. We bring the kids, who love spotting and searching for the rabbits. When we head out for this fantastic farm, we tell them we're going to the "rabbit house." They love it, and so do we. Everyone is so kind and friendly!

For exploring the Maremma or heading to the beach, the location between Grosseto and Marina di Grosseto works well, though you'll need a car. We had a wonderful two weeks there as a family of four, with elementary-school-aged kids. Fabiana was helpful and kind, and made us feel at home straight away. The farmhouse is clean, well cared for, surrounded by greenery, and has roomy rooms with two bathrooms. The bunnies are adorable, especially Stracciatella, who won my daughter's heart. If I have to mention one downside, there were mosquitoes, but the rooms have mosquito nets. We definitely recommend staying here.
