We had our destination wedding here, staying three nights with 21 people, and everything was perfect. The staff were always helping us and making sure we felt comfortable, even arranging our kind of breakfast. The wedding dinner was spectacular, with appetizers, 4 main dishes, cake, fruits, wine, rum, everything! This was our second visit and I’m sure it won’t be the last. Thank you so much!

This was a really poor stay and spoiled part of our holiday. The place may once have been lovely and still has potential, but our room was small and run down. There was no a/c, kettle, or fridge, and no soundproofing. The bathroom was tiny and dirty. It definitely wasn’t as advertised. The property has a nice restaurant, but it seemed to be open only for breakfast in peak season. Staff were only there part time, so we couldn’t get help when we needed it. Wouldn’t recommend.

The view was incredible, and the location was fairly convenient, close to interesting places and in a pretty safe area. The room was clean when we arrived, the beds were comfortable, and the toilets were clean, with good water pressure, extra towels, and plenty of bathroom amenities. The showers were a bit small, bugs showed up now and then, and our room had no AC, though there were plenty of ways to cool down. Service was okay, and the guy tried to help. He didn’t speak much English, but we could communicate. WiFi was terrible, so don’t count on it. There weren’t many staff, and the service setup was unusual. Food was decent, but the breakfast buffet was small and only somewhat filling. I wouldn’t plan on using the pool or mini park, since they weren’t very clean. I’d give it around 3.5 stars, stay one night at most, and recommend it only to more experienced travelers. Newer travelers, please don’t stay here! It’s hit or miss with the rooms. That’s all I can remember, hope this helps you plan your vacation better :)

I wish I could give 0 stars. DONT DO IT!!!! If you’re coming to Italy to tour, do not stay here. The room was awful and full of bugs, customer service was awful, and there was almost never anyone at the front desk. It’s a 20 minute walk from the nearest train station. If you arrive Monday-Thursday, they make you check in at another place, a decent distance away, that you can’t reach on foot, and all the taxis refused to go there. I had already booked this place, so I made a two hour hike to the inaccessible second location, only to be told they’d opened the reception at the other location that week. They hadn’t warned me. Daily cleaning was awful, and nobody asked if I wanted it, they just came. When I messaged them about the awful stay, they said it was my fault for not knowing how to read. I’ve attached proof photos of them accusing me of lying about the false information, along with messages where they’d previously said I needed to check in at Monte Due Torri because I was arriving on Wednesday. 0/10. If you want a clean place near a train station in Rome, this isn’t it. This is for people who don’t mind grimy customer service and bad attitudes.
