Villa Tuscia

The owner, Mr. Luca, was wonderful and helpful. He checked in with us each day to see what we needed, then brought it over in the evening. He was discreet too, and we felt at home. There were no other bookings while we were there, so we had the whole apartment to ourselves. The place was impeccably clean, and I’d gladly recommend it. I’ll definitely return. It’s a very quiet spot, away from the city bustle but still easy to get around from, about 4 km from Tuscania, with its lively historic centre and good services. Archaeological, cultural, historic, and natural attractions are roughly 25 km away. The villa has two separate, independent apartments. Each has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with a whirlpool tub, a well-equipped kitchen, living and dining rooms, and a large covered porch with a table. There’s a big garden, and the rooms have air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and mosquito screens on the windows. One thing to keep in mind: the sleeping area is upstairs and the living area downstairs, so it’s not suitable for people with limited mobility.

Luca was always so available and did everything he could to make the stay just right. Breakfast was generous, with plenty of variety, and they changed the towels every day. The bathroom had toiletries, too. Villa Tuscia is new, gated, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. It’s well placed for visits to art cities and museums. The rooms were brand new and very clean, with a welcoming kitchen equipped with all the comforts, plus charming, practical rooms. Thanks so much, Luca. We’ll definitely come back!

The area has lots to see, from natural hot springs to Lake Bolsena, and the sea isn’t far away. We’ll be back! A great place to stay for a few days of relaxing, or longer. The apartment has everything you need to be comfortable, and the owner welcomed us warmly and was always available if we needed anything.

The room was roomy, and the kitchen had plenty of equipment. The bathroom was clean and had a whirlpool tub, though if you’re my size it’s a bit uncomfortable. The shower hose could be longer, too. We came across this B&B by chance. The property is really large. The room felt a little bare, and I’d have liked a few more shelves. We had trouble with the air conditioning because it switched off during the night, maybe there was a setting we didn’t figure out. Even so, I recommend the place. The owner is kind and helpful.
