The place is full of beautiful art pieces, and the renovated house itself is absolutely beautiful. It's very quiet at night. There's a hairdryer and air conditioning in the room, plus a little kitchen with a fridge in the living room. Felice is very welcoming and helpful. The rate is amazing for the quality, and I can't recommend it enough. It's right by Termini station, five minutes from the metro and bus stop, and just two steps from the stop for buses to Fiumicino.

The decor gives the hotel character, with lots of old objects around the apartment. Just be careful not to accidentally damage anything. The room and bed were comfortable, and the air conditioning made hot weather more pleasant. There's a small kitchen with cutlery and a kettle, but no stove for cooking. The hotel is near Termini station, which is a big plus for public transport or arriving at night. Night check-in is convenient, and being able to leave suitcases is helpful too. There's no reception, but self check-in worked well and the hotel seems to organize arrivals successfully. With its convenient location, comfortable setup and interesting decor, it's a good choice if you're looking for an inexpensive but comfortable stay in Rome.

The price feels great for the quality, and the owner was really welcoming. The place is quiet and very clean. It’s close to trI termini, which made it handy for travelling onward, and turning left onto the main street brings you to plenty of bars, cafes, and restaurants. I’d recommend staying here.
