There's a little green area among the buildings, and the apartment is right in the city center, close to the beach. It's spacious and has all the equipment we needed, including a washing machine and dishwasher. Dogs are welcome, access is secure, and you can reserve a parking space. The online concierge service wasn't very user-friendly, though staff quickly helped with our small problems: our rented storage unit was occupied, the air conditioning wasn't working, and there was an issue with Wi-Fi.
