Residence Faber

Unit 5 had plenty of room for five adults and two kids, and was clean, tidy, and very well equipped. Lidl is a 10-minute walk to the left, with Arona's beautiful Promenade 10 minutes to the right. There’s parking onsite, wifi, a games room with a pool table, and a well-equipped gym. Alex and Cristina were welcoming and helpful before we arrived and throughout our stay. We’ve just got home from four fantastic nights at Faber Apartments, and would absolutely stay again. 10/10. Grazie! From The Fletcher's

We stayed for three months, and Alex was always there to translate or answer questions. When our accommodation elsewhere went badly, he went to great lengths to make special arrangements for us, and we were thrilled with them. The location is close to the Ferry Terminal, Train Station, lakefront, and shops, and the private parking was a real plus. The washing machine and fully working kitchen suited a longer stay like ours. While my spouse was away for my birthday, Alex and Christina gave me a card and a bottle of Champagne. So thoughtful and helpful. Highly recommend.

I spent two months at Faber Residence, and the location was perfect, just minutes on foot from the lake, shops, restaurants, and train station. The apartments are spacious and equipped with everything you need. There’s private parking behind a secure gate, a gym and recreation area on the ground floor, and huge balconies to relax on. Alex, the owner who’s onsite, is very nice and helpful, always there if you need anything. I highly recommend the Faber!

The apartment has everything needed to be comfortable away from home, including a laundry machine and a kitchen stocked with supplies. Gated private parking is a nice bonus, and Alex is quick to answer questions. We’ve been at the Faber for two months and have only good things to say. It’s well located, about five minutes from either the lake or train station. We'd happily stay again.
