We’ll be back, it was a top experience! The apartment was modern, clean and excellent, and the slopes of Zoncolan are 20 minutes away. Add a dishwasher and it would be 6*.

After a day skiing in Zoncolan, it was a pleasure to return to Manuel Guesthouse. Our apartment was very clean, neat and spacious, with a lovely view. It worked well for our family of four, with two separate bedrooms and a living room. deSpar and a bakery are within walking distance. Manuel was friendly and easy to contact before we arrived.

The owner is very friendly, and the apartment itself is lovely. Getting luggage in is tricky because it sits in a narrow alley. A toaster might be a useful addition, and the water heater is so far from the bathroom that quite a bit of water gets wasted. Still, recommended.

Manuel, the owner, is a wonderful person. The apartment is right in the heart of Arta Terme, well placed for reaching the spa, ski slopes and nearby amenities. Inside, it's spacious, bright, tastefully furnished and very clean, with all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. It's also clearly cared for down to the details.
