We especially looked forward to seeing Gaia from the hostess team each morning at breakfast. Around the pool, Hamsa set up our cabanas, kept us supplied with towels and water, and made us laugh. Antonio at the concierge also made a big difference, suggesting beaches with the weather in mind and arranging all our dinner bookings. The property is beautiful, with tidy grounds and spacious, lovely rooms. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Thanks, 7Pines, for a great stay!

We booked a hot stone massage at the spa on the second-to-last day, and the staff made the space feel welcoming and relaxed. It was our first massage experience, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. We were at 7 pines for our honeymoon. The resort itself is beautiful, and the staff were so accommodating. Hamza was fantastic, making sure we felt comfortable and relaxed, and he was great to talk with. The concierge also helped us out in several ways that made getting around the island easier. We’ll definitely come back.

We tried food all over the hotel, from the beach and pool to both restaurants for dinner. The pizza everyone praises was great, and the fine dining was outstanding too. Really, all the meals were excellent, and everyone we dealt with gave us lovely service. A special thank you to Maxim, who sorted out our bookings even though they were under a different name. He was so helpful and got our stay off to a great start. We’d love to return!

It’s a gorgeous property and there’s plenty to enjoy, but the nightly rate is several thousand dollars and we didn’t feel the value matched it. For a five-star resort, we’d expected more. Our stay was good, just not quite justified at that price.
