We had a wonderful time every day, and we’re already looking forward to the next phase. Ava made each day feel special as our host, and the stay met and even exceeded our expectations. The activities were great: truffle hunting, pizza making, and the pasta course, plus a private chef on our first night. Thanks again, Patrick, for the recommendations and links to nearby places. I’d add Monastery Monte Oliveto Maggiore, about five minutes away. I cycled there. Along with the monastery, it has a fully licensed bar and restaurant, and it’s also the nearest Tabac for us smokers. The food, service, and wine were all great.
