The pool was a lovely place to cool off, with plenty of loungers and a view of villas scattered across the hills among the cypress trees. I enjoyed it with a homemade Aperol Spritz. Our ground-floor apartment was spotless and practical, with a kitchenette that had all the usual basics. Mery was very accommodating and showed us around. We found the place on a road trip to Siena, about 12 minutes into the Tuscan hills. The listing clearly said air conditioning cost around €25 per day. We skipped it because the apartment stayed cool, and even with that extra charge the price seemed reasonable. I still don't see why the AC cost that much.

We were eight in the family and had a wonderful stay. The views were spectacular, and the saltwater pool was great. There’s a public picnic space with a barbecue and firewood, plus bathrooms by the pool, which was handy. Our host looked after us well. Typical Tuscan scenery surrounds the place, and grocery stores are within about a 25-minute drive.

We could hear some traffic because our apartment was near the road, but with the windows shut and the air conditioning on, we slept well. The owner was always friendly and ready to help. The apartment was spacious, and the pool area had loungers and parasols. It’s a lovely bed and breakfast among the yellow hills of the Crete Senesi. Thanks, Mery!

After cycling, it was easy to unwind here, with a pool, jacuzzi, and grill area. The surroundings are great for bikes, and the location is lovely. We had everything we needed for a comfortable, peaceful stay. Highly recommended!
