We felt at home here. The apartment was spotless, the beds comfortable, and we slept so well. Every detail seemed carefully thought out, and we loved the art on the walls. The owners are such warm, welcoming people. They greeted us with an aperitif, stuffed olives, fried cream, and local wine, all delicious. Breakfast isn't included, but they left us a lovely dessert in the evening, which we took home to snack on. I'd never been to Ascoli Piceno, and although we're usually always on the move, I've never had such a welcome elsewhere. Thanks to Carla and her husband, we'll definitely come back!

Carla and her husband made my few days away on business truly pleasant. They're hospitable and friendly, and went out of their way to meet my needs with thoughtful touches. Breakfast wasn't included, but on arrival there was a whole donut and everything for the next mornings, milk, coffee, tea, and even an emergency dinner kit. The apartment itself is beautiful, tidy and comfortable, thoughtfully furnished and equipped for a short or longer stay with peace and independence. It's in a quiet area with street parking always available, and the center of Ascoli Piceno, supermarkets and essential shops are only a few minutes away. Hosts like this are rare, especially for someone who travels often. Their humanity and hospitality were extraordinary. I hope I can return soon, and can't recommend the place enough. Carla and Riccardo, thank you so much, and all the best for the future.

Carla and Riccardo were incredibly kind and helpful when we had car trouble on arrival Sunday afternoon. They lent us their car to get downtown and helped us find a mechanic. They also welcomed us with a delicious drink made with local products. The apartment was charming and spotless. We stayed at this B&B for our Ascoli Piceno vacation, just outside the city center, about a 10-minute drive away. Definitely recommended!

L'arte was a big part of why my husband picked this B&B for me. The apartment was beautiful, full of art that made me fall in love with it, nicely furnished, clean and had everything, even a kit salva fame. Parking was always available. Carla and Riccardo were so kind and accommodating when they welcomed us, with a huge aperitif of traditional and truffle olives, glasses of wine and sweets. Their tips for visiting the city were precious. We came home with such lovely memories of the trip and two new friends, Carla and Riccardo. There's no way we won't see each other again!
