We spent the Pentecost weekend in 2025 in this holiday apartment, our first time staying in Algund. Thankfully, it was much cooler than Merano. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The first-floor apartment had two balconies, great for catching the sun at different times of day, and like the rest of the quiet house, it was very clean. The house also has a lovely little pool. We'll definitely be back!

A very nice family-run guesthouse, with a lovely view over the Merano region from our double room balcony and a top-notch bathroom. The owner herself made breakfast and cleaned the rooms, and they paid attention to requests. Breakfast was fantastic, with a different spread each day on the tiered stand, including different sausages and cheeses, homemade jam, and fruit. I hope the produce comes from their own fields, since they farm them too. We arrived with a cold, unfortunately, so couldn't enjoy the clean pool or the loungers. Everything else was flawless. We've been coming for at least ten years, and it's always just right. The hosts are incredibly welcoming, and the location is fantastic. You can leave the car where it is, with a bus stop and ski lift nearby, or just walk into Algund.

The Unterweger family are always friendly and accommodating. Their property is very clean and well kept, and the rooms and apartments are in excellent condition. Breakfast is generous and varied, lovingly made with fresh produce from on site.

The apartment was fantastic, with perfect furnishings, everything we could need, and a breathtaking view toward Merano. It was all spotless. The Unterweger family are incredibly friendly and always there to answer questions. We'll definitely come back.
