The spa is on the small side, but it's kept very well and was a lovely spot to unwind. The staff were extremely kind and always ready to help. We spent a weekend with friends in a spacious, comfortable triple room and chose half board. That gave us a chance to try the high-quality cooking, including exquisite traditional local dishes. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was plentiful. A really pleasant stay.

The team’s warmth really stands out. The manager gave us an especially kind welcome, and we felt at ease with everyone throughout our stay. The hotel is very clean and well located in central Algund, with parking directly behind it. The rooms are rather dated and small, though, and the bathroom feels so cramped you can hardly turn around. Breakfast had something for everyone and was perfectly fine for a 3-star hotel. We didn't eat dinner, but heard from a few people that the pasta buffet was nothing special and the venison goulash was dry and tough. Overall, the hotel is fine for a 3-star place, and the staff's friendliness deserves a mention.

We stayed in a nearby guesthouse for a few days and came here for breakfast. It was always delicious, with a nice selection, and the people there were so friendly. We had our toddler with us and they looked after us warmly. The hotel itself looked really lovely too.
