Wow!
The changing table was a real plus for families, and there’s lots of parking along with play equipment for children. We had our two-year-old with us. Dinner was very good: the child’s penne with ragù was cooked al dente, and both the trout with parsley potatoes and the meat dish with potatoes were cooked well. We’d hoped to have the mixed grill, but that was from the previous management. The bruschetta wasn’t to our taste, and I skipped the tiramisu because it was made with Pavesini.
The restaurant is really cute, indoors and out, and the owners are lovely and helpful. We enjoyed the Neapolitan pizza. They can also make a gluten-free one if you order a day ahead. At the playground there are a few goats and a donkey too.
There’s plenty of outdoor space to unwind after a long walk, and the place is great for families, with a playground, pond, animals, and bike paths through the apple orchards. The hotel is clean and decorated in a charming shabby chic style. The food is excellent, especially the seafood, and breakfast is generous. We found it very good value. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and it’s a lovely spot to wait for dinner or take a stroll.
I ate here last Friday and had a delicious meal. The pizza is definitely worth trying, and the staff were courteous and really knew their stuff. The setting is beautiful, spotless, and surrounded by greenery. There’s a playground where kids can play safely, so it feels like a proper place to relax. Friday karaoke nights are also fun for spending time with friends! :)
