We felt at home here. Valerio and his parents were so warm and attentive to the smallest things. The B&B is in the kind of twentieth-century architecture we like, very centrally located, about a 10-minute walk from the station and one minute from the center. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, and the homemade cakes were delicious. Towels were changed daily. Our bathroom wasn’t in the room, but it was right next to us and reserved just for us. The price makes sense for the central location and comfort. Good for couples or families looking for a clean, relaxing stay.

Valerio was incredibly kind, and the room was lovely and clean. We only stayed one night, my partner and I, but had a great time in this old building in Ascoli Piceno. Everything is just steps from the Cathedral of San Emidio and Piazza del Popolo. We’d stay at this B&B again if we return to Ascoli. Definitely worth a try. Thanks, Valerio!

We found everything neat and clean, with private bedrooms and bathrooms plus a small shared living room. The couple who run the place are fantastic and made us feel at home. They even served homemade cakes during my visit. The building itself is a beautiful 14th-century one, with paid parking available right outside the entrance. It’s centrally placed for exploring Ascoli Piceno, and I’d definitely stay here again if I came back.
