Massimiliano was an impeccable host, always attentive and courteous. The pastry shop where breakfast is served was excellent, and the value for money felt perfect. After three nights, we were completely satisfied. The property is in a great location, and while our room was small, it was carefully organized and maintained, and spotlessly clean. Having a little private internal courtyard just for the room was the icing on the cake.

La Piccola Corte is very central, with the center just 200-300 meters away for anyone wanting to get around on foot. The owners welcomed us warmly and were helpful, ready to meet our requests. Our room was cozy and well kept, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. Highly recommended.

The quiet setting made it easy for me to relax, and the attention to detail was a real strong point. I stayed at this B&B for three days, from October 29th to 1st, and it was better than I expected, with wonderful services and comforts. I’d recommend it to anyone staying in Ascoli Piceno, and hope I can return one day.

The main attractions are only a few minutes away, which made the location convenient. The hospitality was attentive and impeccable, and the room was kept meticulously and had every comfort for a really pleasant stay.

We spent two nights here and found it welcoming, clean, and comfortable. The owner was very kind and helpful. Piazza del Popolo is just a few minutes away on foot.
