We spent one night there in our camper. Ascoli is lovely and worth visiting, but if this B&B is going to fit so many campers into the garden, they should at least trim the branches blocking the way. They stick out at every height, some quite thick, and scratch the roofs and sides.
We agreed on €23 a night after asking about the €30 price, since it was low season, and stayed for two nights. When we got there, the place was run-down and there was nobody to ask for help. The garden was neglected, with overgrown shrubs, plants, and tall grass. There was just one electrical outlet, with tape over the plug. Awful!!
The owner was so helpful, and we were struck by how clean everything was. Breakfast came with two vouchers for a historic bar in central Ascoli Piceno. The location, right at the entrance to Ascoli Piceno, was great. We had a really positive stay and would definitely come back if we're in the area.
The rooms are new and clean, and the service was excellent. We were also glad to have the electric car charging station available to guests. It's a short drive from the historic center, and just off the highway, which didn't bother us at all.
The homemade tart at breakfast was memorable, and the place is spotless and friendly. It's only a few steps from the center of Ascoli Piceno. We'll make this B&B our first choice when we return.
