The room was spotless, and the care they put into the amenities and service really stood out. Everyone we met was friendly and made sure we had what we needed. Jessica and Maria deserve a special thank you for going above and beyond. The staff made us feel welcome from check-in through check-out, and it’s rare to find hospitality that feels this warm and delivers such quality.

We chose this hotel because we wanted to stay in central Ascoli, and the setting turned out to be charming. It’s a restored old building brought back to life, with spacious, clean rooms and welcoming staff who were always helpful. A connected car park is only 100 meters away, reached via a pleasant little city road. We’d certainly recommend it for a stay in this wonderful city centre.

Serena even came to collect us from the train station, then managed to find us somewhere for dinner on a Sunday night after some effort. The service was exceptional. This was one of our best hotel stays in Italy, and worth far more than the price.

The rooms are small but comfortable, and with such a lovely town to explore, you won’t want to spend much time in them. Piazza Del Popolo is just a short walk away. Downstairs, the foyer and relaxation rooms are beautiful, and breakfast is served in a glass atrium. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Having parking on site for our hire car was a big plus, making it easy to drive out to nearby towns. We had a great stay and will be back.

We had lovely breakfasts in a sunny room full of plants, with good coffee, fresh fruit, and cakes. The place has a wonderful old atmosphere, while the modern decor suits the building and feels very classy. We also used the laundry service for wedding clothes that needed ironing. Everything came back to our room promptly. I stayed in the suite before my wedding in Ascoli, and its spectacular terrace and space for the whole bridal party to do hair and makeup made it ideal. A huge window gave the room wonderful light for photographs, and there was a full-length mirror. The staff helped find room options for all my family and accommodated everyone. We can’t wait to see the wedding photos with that lovely room and terrace in them. Thank you!
