Seven

Our host made everything easy and was extremely helpful and service-minded throughout. We kept in touch smoothly on WhatsApp, and when we needed to refreeze the cooling element in our cooler bag, the host kindly arranged it without hesitation. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the main sights. We arrived several hours before the official check-in time, and the room was already ready, which was such a nice surprise. It was spotless and fresh-smelling, and the AC was already set to a comfortable temperature. Highly recommended, we'd definitely stay again.

The rooms were clean, and being near attractions and the metro was handy. Just keep in mind the property is above a bar with live performances every night. The elevator is tiny and starts on the first floor, so larger luggage could be an issue. Staff weren't on site for much of the day, more like 11-7, so it didn't feel much like a hotel.

The room had a persistent, strange and strong smell for all four days. I tried spraying room perfume on the first day, but when we returned that evening, the smell was still there. This really needs to be sorted out. Apart from that, there were no other problems. The hot water worked, the TV was fine, and the beds were clean and comfortable. The room was clean, and we appreciated the friendly service and kind attitude. Seven Rooms on Via Nazionala was convenient for the metro and within walking distance of places. Thanks for the good service. (CA)

The room was super clean, with full cleaning service every day, and the air conditioning worked very well. You can check in virtually, but personal assistance is available if needed. Airport transport can also be arranged. We booked a late-night pickup, and our driver was waiting when we arrived. The location is perfect: one minute from a bus station with several connections and three minutes from the metro. Forum Romanum and the Colosseum are also an easy, nice 20-minute walk away. I strongly recommend this place.
