We felt right at home at this honest, family-run farm stay. The hosts were incredibly generous, and our room was simple but practical and nice. There’s so much open space around the place, and sitting in the hammock on a warm, starry night was lovely.

The house has a lovely view and sits quietly in the hills near Ascoli Piceno, though it’s a 12-minute walk down to the church of SS. Annunziata, where we parked. From there, a flight of steps gets you to the city center in just a few minutes, which is handy since finding a place right in the center is difficult. We spent two nights after Christmas and had a great time. Our room was warm and comfortable, with a renovated bathroom, and breakfast was excellent, with homemade Christmas sweets and delicious jam made by Mrs. Silvana. The price felt fair, and we’d highly recommend staying here.

The homemade cakes at breakfast were lovely, and the owner was so kind. Our dog and cat also made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean, with a new bathroom. It’s a few kilometers from Ascoli Piceno. Highly recommended.

We only got to stay for one night, which was a shame. It’s a beautiful, peaceful place, and Silvana and Luciano were fantastic. Their son and daughter-in-law have a restaurant too, and I recommend eating there. They were fantastic as well.
