This was stop number three on our trip, with our little girl along. The place was clean and well cared for, just a short walk from the historic center and the partner bar for breakfast. They'd prepared an extra bed with towels for us even though we'd only booked a double room. The welcome was great, and they were very helpful in guiding us to the property and parking. Highly recommended.

I've stayed here three times and would happily come back. The apartment is lovely, clean and comfortable, right in the center. The owners are wonderful and know the area well. They're always available with suggestions for places to see in the city, which is a gem, and nearby.

The main downside was the morning sun getting in, since there are no blackout curtains. We parked in a nearby paid space. Otherwise, this is a clean, practical B&B in the heart of beautiful Ascoli Piceno, in a 500-year-old travertine building with a lovely sense of the past. It has Wi-Fi, a TV and a kitchen, and I'd recommend it to anyone stopping in the city.

In Ascoli Piceno's historic center, this is a charming little apartment and it was very clean. The bed wasn't the most comfortable. Breakfast is included, with a ticket for a nearby bakery.

Breakfast is at a partner bar on Ascoli Piceno's main square, and the B&B is in a top spot right in the center. The windows with balconies can't be shut to block out more noise or keep the early light from coming in. That's the only downside.
