Mini appartamento "Il Nido del Picchio"

We stayed in Ascoli for two nights at signora Antonella's place. She welcomed us into a lovely mini apartment and was very kind and attentive. Although it's on the ground floor, it has an exceptional view of Ascoli's historic center. There was a double bedroom, a small living room with a sofa bed, and an equipped kitchen. Street parking is free and easy to find. The area has a conad, post office, bars, and all the basic services, and the historic center is just a short walk away.

Breakfast is included, and the owner brings the croissants herself. The charming, spacious B&B has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and balcony, all just a few steps from the center of Ascoli Piceno. There is no air conditioning, and the fan could bother light sleepers. Still, it's a great option and I'd recommend it.

Antonella is cheerful and helpful, and the place feels welcoming and intimate. It's very close to the historic center.

We were welcomed with real kindness and helpfulness, along with our two inseparable dogs. The nest has a beautiful view of Ascoli Piceno and feels intimate and cozy, with everything you need to feel at home.
