We were only there for one night, and left with mixed feelings. The apartment is near the city center on a very busy Naples street. Getting there is manageable, though the climb is steep. Inside, it was reasonably tidy and had decent equipment, but the entrance hall smelled awful and the odor was hard to make sense of. The rooms weren't ready or cleaned when we arrived, which was disappointing. After staff came to sort things out, the space felt comfortable and looked nice. I liked the contrasting warm and cool lights in the foyer, and the Maradona portrait above the TV. The kitchen had no soap, so we ended up washing our hands with dish soap. Water kept running through the drainage system, which needs fixing, and the bedroom bathroom sink clogged easily. Pierfrancesco's bed was broken, too. Given how brief our stay was, I can't say we were fully dissatisfied. I hope these comments are useful and meant constructively. Greetings to everyone.

We were eight young people on a Naples holiday in August 2021, and the apartment suited the group at a good price. It's just as pictured and in an enviable location. It can sleep eight, though the dining table is on the small side. The place is functional and furnished well enough, with plenty of dishes, towels, and hotel-style shower products. A few extras like a dish drainer, tablecloth, or soap dish would have helped, but those are minor gaps. There are inexpensive local restaurants and pizzerias nearby, plus a minimarket open late. Evenings can be noisy until midnight or one in the morning. The house was clean and ready when we arrived. We noticed two broken slats on one double bed and a wobbly leg on a dining chair, neither a major problem. From the street and building entrance, the place can seem uninviting and make you wonder where you've ended up, but inside it's quite different. The neighborhood felt safe.

We were told the accommodation would have everything needed for eight people, but our requests were overlooked and we had to make do. I expected Mr. Mario M to follow through on what he'd promised, and he didn't. I hope he improves how he handles guests, because this could have been a much harsher review. He was the only unfriendly Neapolitan we encountered, and we never even met him. So take care, and ask for a photo of the building exterior.

The owners are very kind, and it's a great base for seeing Naples on foot. There are just a few things in the house that could use improvement.
