Our weekend was ruined when we reached the hotel in the evening and found it dark, empty, and completely closed. We had a confirmed booking that we'd paid for in full, so we had to find somewhere else to stay at the last minute. This “4 stars hotel” couldn't handle a simple reservation, and its behavior was unprofessional. The incident was three days ago, and they still haven't replied to any of my emails or apologized.

The views over the magnificent Asiago Golf course were great, and the food and hospitality were second to none. 5*

Dinner and breakfast were both excellent, and the welcome from the friendly, capable staff was great. The room was the one letdown, with some hairs on the bathrobe and a few small signs of carelessness. I'd absolutely recommend it, especially thanks to the dining room and reception teams.
