Albergo Al Sole

The location is beautiful, but we thought the room prices were too high for places that felt dated and not luxurious. We booked two nights for two people, apparently in an attic room. On arrival, a staff member suggested we see it first, saying my husband was big, the bed was small, and there was no shower. She offered us a different room for an extra 50 euros, so we took it for the first night. I didn’t care for it: old furniture with no character and old carpets, nothing special. We said we’d rather have the smaller room, since the other one wasn’t worth the extra charge. Breakfast was another disappointment, as cooked eggs cost extra, either 7 or 8 euros depending on the eggs.

The view was gorgeous, the food delicious, and the beds comfy. Our room felt inviting and just right. The owners were fantastic and did so much to make our stay enjoyable. I can’t wait to return to Asolo and stay here again. Highly recommend this incredible hotel. Thank you!

The front terrace has views to die for 😍, and I already miss the crisp linen sheets. We felt special here. The hosts were professional but still warm and welcoming, and all the staff were attentive and good at their jobs. Breakfast and dinner were especially delicious, with a creative touch.

It was easy to explore the surrounding areas with parking at Albergo Al Sole, and the elevator makes the rooms accessible to most. Silvia and Elena have made a relaxing, lovely place in the heart of Asolo, a charming ancient town. Our room was modern and clean while still honoring the local culture. Everyone we met, from the nighttime receptionist and breakfast barista to Silvia and Elena, was welcoming, kind, and proud of the community. We’d happily return and recommend a stay here to everyone.
