We paid for a room that was tiny and bare, with no amenities at all. There wasn't even a spoon, plate, or cutlery, just a paper cup for water. For what they charge, that service is unacceptable. This was easily one of the worst places we stayed on our Europe trip, and I wouldn't recommend it.

4/10
The rooms we got looked nothing like the ones in the Booking photos. They were really old and badly worn, and I honestly can't tell where the photographed rooms are. They need renovating right away.

The rooms were great and very clean, and breakfast was nice too. There's a gym, and the receptionists were super friendly and made us feel welcome.

A very good hotel, though getting out of the area means having a car or using the hotel shuttle.

It looks nice when you first arrive, but don't be fooled. The room air conditioning doesn't work, and it stays around 26 Celsius day and night. There's no bathroom ventilation either, so it smells like a sewer.
