Breakfast was rich and varied, with everything you could want. Since we stayed only two nights, we didn’t spend much time in the restaurant or spa. We were very happy with the stay and would gladly return. The arrival was lovely: friendly staff took our car for valet parking and charged it right away. There are plenty of charging stations. They brought our luggage up and served us a welcome drink on the terrace while check-in was completed. The spacious lobby is beautifully designed, open, and leads onto a terrace with a perfect lake view. Our room was very large, with a great bed, a stylish open rain shower, and a separate toilet. The huge balcony had a stunning view of the lake. The one thing I’d change is the wasteful towel and soap replacement every morning and evening, even when things had barely been used. The complimentary shuttle to Limone was fantastic. It came whenever we needed it, we never waited more than five minutes, and the driver was always cheerful and extremely courteous. We were here for just two nights on our way home from Slovenia, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish.
