The view over Assisi is the standout here, and breakfast was decent, with sausages, cheese, sweet options, and coffee made to order. Our room felt basic. The small TV sat on top of the wardrobe and only had Italian channels. The only socket that worked with our plugs was in the bathroom, where we had to charge our laptop and phones. The advertised free Wi-Fi didn’t work in our first-floor room, and we weren’t offered tips for outings or nearby places to eat.

That balcony was fabulous, with stunning views, and the apartment itself was beautiful.

A good base for a night or two, since Assisi is only 5-6 km away and the rooms were spotless. The parking is covered, so the car stays in the shade. The place itself is rather basic, though, and I wouldn’t choose it for a longer Italian holiday.

It was really quiet, and getting into Assisi was easy because the property is so close. The place was very clean, breakfast was generous, and there was plenty of hot water for a shower.

The view of Assisi is hard to beat. This Agriturismo is a lovely find, with welcoming hospitality, a great pool, and nice rooms.
