This B&B is outside the centre of Assisi, but still well placed for visiting the city. It’s an easy 15-minute walk from the Basilica della Spogliazione. The apartment is very large, with three rooms, and you can park your car in the garden right in front of the house. There’s also an outdoor space where you can eat if you like. The owner was very kind and helpful. I found the bed comfortable, and the cooler temperature was a big plus compared with places in the centre where I’d stayed before. A few small things could use repairs and maintenance, though nothing was serious. Overall, I’d recommend it.
