The apartment itself is really good, and the location is great. There was no WiFi, though, and some things need attention, like the shower. It was also hard to get in touch with the owner. We would have told him about the problem if he’d answered our messages.

Assisi’s city center is within walking distance. The apartment has two bedrooms, a good kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. A nice place to stay.

We stayed in the Anfiteatro Romano apartment and had a great time. It was cute and super clean, near the city walls, with handy amenities close by, including Carrefour for quick grocery runs. The hosts were kind and always available. We’ll definitely come back to Assisi and stay at the "La Pineta" apartments. Maybe we’ll try the "La Rocca" apartment next time!

Communication with the owner was a bit difficult. The rooms were adequate, and having parking made it convenient to visit Assisi on foot. The bathroom and kitchen, though, definitely need updating and new furnishings.

The location and parking were the only real positives. At the last minute, they moved my booking from Via Perosi to Via Giovanni XXIII, a renovated garage where plaster was peeling from the walls. The services also didn’t match what the website had promised, and the bathroom needed repairs. For the same price, I found better places. I was disappointed.
