We were seven people staying for two nights, and the apartment had plenty of room. It's new, clean, and very large, with a closed garage available. The Basilica is very close, and the station is two minutes away. Our kidneys weren't an issue, at least they didn't bother us. The house has every comfort, and the owners are extremely helpful. One thing to know, though it wasn't a problem for us, is that both bathrooms are ensuite, which may matter for a large family. We'd stay here again if we return to the area.

The owner and her daughter were so kind and helpful, and we really felt at home. The house is beautifully set up, with everything from an induction stove to a washing machine, and there's an elevator to the fourth floor. The location is perfect for getting to the sights. We spent three days here with our three little kids, and it was incredibly helpful. Highly recommended! Thank you so much ❤️

The welcome made a real difference: it was a hot day, so they had already turned on the air conditioning, and they were flexible about both check-in and check-out. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen. There’s free parking on the street, a supermarket downstairs, and two cafes nearby. It’s about 10 minutes by car to Assisi and 3 minutes to the town center. A very reasonably priced place to stay while visiting the area. Thanks so much for the hospitality.
