Plenty of parking, and the prices are fair. The place is in a quiet area, and the rooms are clean, though you have to ask for cleaning and fresh towels. Service is good, but around 90% of the staff don't speak English, so keep Google Translate handy. It depends on what you're looking for.

The food was a highlight, especially the fresh spaghetti with creamed fava beans and pancetta 🥰. Breakfast was also top-notch, with delicious products. We stayed at Antica Dimora for a couple of days, and the warm feel of the place and the super cozy, well-equipped rooms made it easy to settle in. There was even a kettle and herbal tea, a nice little touch. The staff were incredibly kind, and it felt like a special spot for relaxing and experiencing something authentic. Free street parking too.

We were passing through on the way to Assisi and stayed just one night. Nicola was very kind and let us pick from the available rooms. The Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli is only a few minutes away by car. Guests are offered 20% off dinner, though that discount isn't always honored, or there may be some confusion about it. Still, the value for money is excellent, and I'd recommend the place.
