It's a quiet room in a great location, and everything was really clean and cozy. The friendly, nice host is an Italian grandmother. Bring a translation app or brush up on your Italian.

The host, location, and breakfast were all excellent. The beds could have been better.

The location is wonderful, right in the center of Assisi beside Santa Chiara and just a short walk from the Basilica of San Francesco. Mrs. Luciana and her daughter made me feel so welcome, and Mrs. Luciana was especially thoughtful and helpful. Thank you from my heart. I’d love to come back, and I’ll be waiting for you in my city, Taranto. 🙏

We really felt like part of the family here. It’s a lovely family-run place, spotless throughout, with a generous breakfast and a warm welcome. There’s also a handy parking lot nearby, and the location is ideal for enjoying this extraordinary city.
