I stayed three nights and wished I could have stayed longer. It’s such a friendly place, run by a warm, open young family. My room and the outside bathroom were clean and spacious. The location puts you close to everything: the train station, the bus up to Assisi, the basilica at Santa Maria degli Angeli, restaurants, and a laundromat. Thank you, and I hope to see you again! 😀

The area is quiet, and it’s close to Assisi train station, the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli, and the bus stop. Cristina was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with homemade croissants and cakes.

The owners really made the weekend for us, they’re fantastic people and the place has a warm, familiar feel. We had a wonderful time, with homemade cakes at breakfast and Santa Maria degli Angeli just a short walk away.

We felt at home here, thanks to the owner’s care and attention. The room was clean, comfortable, and roomy, and the quiet setting among the greenery worked well as a base for nearby attractions. Coming back each evening to the smell of warm croissants and cakes, which she’d thoughtfully made for breakfast the next morning, was lovely. I’d happily recommend this B&B.
