A pleasant, homely place.

At €69.00 for one night in August, including tourist tax, the price was very reasonable. The room itself was large, the beds comfortable, the sheets smelled lovely, and towels were provided. Everything was very clean, and the pool was beautiful. But I only gave three stars because of two things. The bathroom is tiny, with the shower opposite the toilet and no proper enclosure, just a curtain splitting the space. Showering means standing between the toilet and bidet, and water gets everywhere. For our one-night stay it was manageable, but I can’t imagine staying longer. Also, for a B&B I expect breakfast. We were shown the kitchen and told there was a moka pot so we could make our own coffee, with only packaged sweets available. My partner and I just drink coffee in the morning, so it wasn’t a big deal for us, but I’d expect at least a pod or capsule machine for a quick, clean cup, while keeping the moka pot for anyone who prefers it. At that point, it feels like it should be called a bed without the breakfast.

The peaceful setting and little pool right outside our room made this feel like a real gem. Everything was spotless and well equipped, and we could see how well cared for the place is. Lanfranco served breakfast in the garden with such kindness. We were welcomed like family, and it was a perfect base for exploring around here. We’ll be back 💪🏼 Highly recommended!

We booked at the last minute, and Mr. Lanfranco welcomed us like old friends. The place is quiet in Rivotorto and well located, just 4 minutes from the highway exit. Our room was clean, sanitized, and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and thoughtfully arranged, with a little window for natural light, a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. The quiet, cool air conditioning was essential, almost like having a blanket. There’s a beautiful, clean pool in the relaxation area, just right for a restful afternoon. Lanfranco prepares a generous breakfast. We had both savory food fresh from his garden and the usual sweet options. Parking is private, with space for SUVs and station wagons too. I’d highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys a friendly, family welcome.
