F is for Fabulous: Assisi is easy to explore on foot, with lots of restaurants. Andreia can point you to good places to eat. The house is wonderfully equipped, from air conditioning upstairs and down to an ice machine and coffee maker. Andreia has thought of everything. You can park by the entrance to unload, then get a free parking spot for the rest of your stay. Casa Maria is a cozy place to come back to after exploring. Andrea runs this B&B professionally, with everything organized down to the smallest detail. He greets you with a smile and shows you around, even the spinning globe. His mom made us a nice pie, and we polished it off over our three nights. T is for tremendous. We loved the house and town, and even spent some time messing around on his PS4, though there was no Formula One game, what gives? :-) We had a great time, would highly recommend Casa Maria, and plan to return.

The house is cozy, with enough room and beds for four or more adults. The host had prepared so much for us: clean beds and towels, water, milk, juice, cakes, cereal flakes, bread, coffee, ham, sausages, eggs, a PS4, fans, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and free parking. I felt like it was almost too much!

We really liked the apartment. It was roomy and comfortable, in a handy location, and the owner was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend it.

Andrea was great. Casa Maria was our best accommodation, and the location couldn't have been better.
