We spent the week of August 15th at this lovely farmhouse just outside Assisi. The quiet, beautiful pool was a relaxing place to return to after exploring the nearby villages, which are easy to reach from here. The owners were friendly and ready to answer questions or suggest things to see and do. Traveling with dogs? This is a perfect spot for them.

Our first visit to this farmhouse, a few kilometers from Assisi, was with my wife and our dog, and we had a wonderful time. Giovanni and Luciana made us feel at home, and they were incredibly welcoming, as were Umbrians in general. It's a quiet place surrounded by nature, with a small pool to relax in. If you're passing through Assisi and want some downtime, this is a peaceful oasis. Thanks so much.

We were 12 people staying at this farmhouse from October 29th to November 2nd, and we all left disappointed. The setting is charming and surrounded by greenery, and they did make the beds and change the tablecloths, which was a positive for a farmhouse. There were spiders, scorpions, and bedbugs in the rooms. Cobwebs looked like they'd been there for weeks. We understood this was a rural area and weren't expecting perfection, but the cleanliness was average to poor. Breakfast was very poor as well. For all 12 of us, there was one croissant each, plus some low quality toast and yogurt. When we asked if we could have anything extra, the manager said we'd have to pay more.

Colle Paradiso has a great pool, and everything around it is lovely. The location is handy too, just a few minutes from Assisi and places like Spello, Montefalco, and Bevagna. I wanted a peaceful holiday in nature with my husband and our dog, Luna, and found just the place. The accommodation was very fresh and had everything we needed. Luciana and Gianni are especially kind and friendly. I highly recommend it.
