The bathroom was very modern, and the restaurant food was very good. It was also quiet, and all the staff were lovely and helpful. Our room could use some updating, though. The curtains were yellowed, had holes, and seemed to be missing a panel, so they didn’t cover the whole window. The lighting and bedding looked dated too. We were there for just one night, so it wasn’t a problem for us.

Not bad. The lift is small, though there are two of them.

The breakfast was excellent, and the people serving coffee were good. The bathroom was very clean and the bedding spotless. My room walls could use fresh paint, and the elevator carpet was old and dusty. The main issue was service at arrival: after a long trip I was tired and needed sleep, but there was no receptionist when I got to the hotel. It took a while for the receptionist to arrive.

There are lots of restaurants nearby and a bar close to the hotel that stays open late. A gas station is right across the street, and it takes about 10 minutes by car to reach Assisi. The location works well for a stay in ASSISI. Rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast is great, and the restaurant and staff are very nice. Recommended!

It’s close enough to the city to be convenient, while avoiding the congestion there. The room was very clean, the staff friendly, and breakfast was nice with plenty of options.
