B&B Hotel Milano Cenisio Garibaldi

The reception team were friendly and professional, and having staff available around the clock added to a positive stay. Rooms were comfortable and well maintained, suitable for a short visit. Breakfast was satisfactory, though the choices were limited. The location is convenient for a budget-friendly stay. Cenisio metro station gives easy access to Central Station, and a nearby tram goes to Chinatown and Duomo.

The weekend noise was a major problem. There's a pub in the hotel, and especially on Saturday night the music was so loud it was very hard to rest. Parking was frustrating too. Even though guests pay to use the hotel parking, other paying guests often park badly, making it difficult or sometimes impossible to fit a car properly. The staff were amazing: friendly, professional, and helpful from check-in through checkout. The location is very convenient, close to both metro and tram, with grocery shops, cafés, and restaurants a 5 to 15-minute walk away. Rooms were clean, well maintained, and housekeeping did a solid job. The beds weren't comfortable, which is another reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5. It's a well-located hotel with good rooms and excellent staff, but better beds, noise control, and parking management would make a big difference.

The room was spacious and clean, though it only had basic equipment, with no spare pillows or water boiler. After a shower the floor was very wet because the shower door didn't keep the water in well. The toilet tank refilled very slowly and noisily. It's close to Chinatown, with restaurants easy to reach. Breakfast was okay quality-wise, but there wasn't much variety.

Booking was easy, and it's close to the central station and the red metro line. I felt very safe getting there. Most of all, the woman at reception helped me figure out how to get to the airport in the middle of the night, and even helped me get my ramen. Thank you! 🙏❤️
