I've been coming here with my family since I was born. It’s in a great spot and has a lovely view over the hills of Assisi.

Mrs. Clelia was the highlight for us. She kept us entertained with all sorts of stories and anecdotes about her life and Assisi. The hotel isn't really a 5-star place, but if you’re happy with the feel of a country house and can adapt to that, you’ll be very satisfied. The exterior is stunning and the location is excellent. In summer, though, the lack of air conditioning is a problem. At least they could provide some fans, preferably ceiling fans.

The breakfast was adequate, and the property's convenient for Assisi and for visiting some of Umbria's most beautiful places. We had no other room available when we booked, but the room was more than basic. There was no air conditioning, hairdryer, or TV, and the tiny shower had nowhere to put shower gel. The beds weren't comfortable, and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The property itself is truly beautiful.

A quiet area with owners who are very kind and helpful. The hotel's location makes it really convenient for visiting Assisi.
