The rooms were a bit small, but they were kept in good shape. The food was plentiful and varied, and every bite felt like wonderland. Staff came across as real people, with compassion and care. I highly recommits hotel.

By Italia's standards the rooms were decent, which isn't saying much. Everything else was absolutely dogwater. Same food every day, like it was fished from the trash or stolen from the homeless.
