The manager is incredibly friendly and helpful. Gabriele is usually busy, but he'll pause his work for a chat when the moment is right. The place is spotless, with air conditioning and the basic amenities you need. It's ideal for a quiet countryside break, only two kilometers from the sea, and bikes are available to rent. No need for unnecessary extras just to impress your friends.

You can get to the beach in ten minutes by bike, and the property has private outdoor spaces, private parking, and very helpful staff. It's a beautiful place for anyone looking to get away from the crowds while staying surrounded by greenery. Highly recommended.

A lovely, peaceful place in the countryside, with horses and plenty of contact with nature. The owners are friendly, and the apartments are really charming. There's a vegetable garden with lots of tasty produce, including salad, cucumbers, and zucchini. It's about two kilometers from Potenza Picena's wild beach and two kilometers from the center of Porto Recanati. I highly recommend it.

The sea is just a short walk away, and the apartments are spotless and comfortable. The managers are kind and always around if you need them. It feels especially suited to families with kids or anyone after some peace and quiet. Nothing seemed to be missing.

€83 felt steep for a bed and a shower out in the countryside. This is advertised as a B&B, but there’s no breakfast, and the nearest bar is 2 km away. There’s a hairdryer but no reducer to use it. I only found that out before the owner left. After 8:30 pm, guests are on their own, and BancoPosta cards aren’t accepted either.
