For visiting Assisi, I found this a good base, and it was very reasonably priced. The place was spotlessly clean, too, and everything worked. Visitors to Italy will know that's rare.

The rooms are really nice and affordable, and the staff are very friendly. The location in Assisi is perfect.

Three fabulous nights in peaceful countryside, with greenery all around and silence at night. I slept well and had a wonderful time in this excellent holiday apartment. It's well placed for visiting S.M.A. and driving to Assisi, only 5 km away, and parking is available nearby. I had a great stay!

The penthouse was welcoming, clean, tidy, and well cared for, with everything needed for day-to-day living, from dishes and linens to appliances, toiletries, and cleaning supplies. The owners gave us a perfect welcome and were kind and helpful. Out front there's a small garden, and the area is very quiet, making it a peaceful place to stay while exploring nearby sights. The property has its own entrance and is about a 15-minute walk from the Santa Maria degli Angeli-Assisi train station. The city center is only a few minutes away, with the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli, Porziuncola, buses to Assisi, shops, a supermarket, bars, restaurants, and pizzerias. An excellent experience.
