We arrived in winter to find the house already warm, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast comes with donuts and cookies made by the hostess. The kitchen has everything you need, and our room was clean. It's a beautifully renovated traditional Umbrian farmhouse surrounded by greenery. The people here are kind and always ready to help. Recommended.

We found the price very fair for the quality of the service. The farmhouse makes a charming impression, and the apartment was clean, spacious, and nicely furnished. The owners made us feel very welcome and were extremely friendly. We spent four days here with our two children and dog. Its location works well for exploring Umbria's main historical and artistic centers: Assisi and Perugia are 15 minutes away, and Gubbio is 25 minutes away.

Our apartment was comfortable, clean, and spacious, and the owners were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. It's a well-kept farmhouse close to Assisi and the other tourist attractions, and it works especially well for families with young children. I would happily stay again if I returned to the area. My one small suggestion would be to replace the mattresses, which felt a little too hard.

We stumbled on this farmhouse and had a really good stay. The owners live in the renovated old house, which has three well-kept mini apartments. Ours had a kitchen, a double bedroom, and a lovely bathroom, with a rustic look and exposed brick. Assisi is only 2 km away, and the surrounding area is just a few kilometers from there, so it's handy for exploring. We'll definitely come back. Cristina and Luciano Castelverde (Cremona)

Federica and her staff were welcoming, and the location makes it easy to get to all sorts of destinations. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent, and the value for money was great. We'll be back for sure. Well done!!!
