Residence Il Poggio

We’re staying for a week in September, from the 2nd to the 9th. The welcome was excellent and courteous, and the apartment is clean and equipped with every comfort. It’s spacious, comfortable, and has a lovely sea-facing patio close to the pool. Thanks for everything 🥰 The location is good, about 1.5 km from Là Pelosa beach.

The pool and location are the best things about this apartment. Parking on the street right outside the residence is easy. The sofa bed is somewhat uncomfortable, the kitchen is small, and there isn’t much cookware. It’s a place for people with modest expectations.

The only thing going for it is the location near the beach and the sea view. The value for money is poor, with poor services: no toilet paper, no cleaning supplies or tools, and dated furniture. Even though we’d paid the cleaning fee in advance, the place was very dirty.

The owner gave us such a warm, enthusiastic welcome, and even arrived earlier than expected so we wouldn’t have to wait around with our suitcases and dog. She was incredibly kind and available the whole time. My boyfriend, my dog, and I stayed for a full week without a car. Public transportation worked well for us, and we found the location really practical and strategic. We got the apartment with a balcony that we’d requested, and the view was breathtaking. I highly recommend it.
