Isabella was so welcoming and keen to help with anything. The property has parking on site, is very close to Etnaland, and is quiet, with everything we needed for our holiday. A wonderful place to stay, highly recommended!

We left after the first night even though we'd paid for two, which probably says enough. The chalet wasn't too bad, and being so close to Etnaland was a plus, but don't be taken in by the pictures: the place is still far from finished, and I don't know how long it's been like that. During the day the undersized aircon couldn't keep up. There was rubbish around the property, loose wall sockets, broken equipment covered with red tape, and a coffee machine that looked like it came from 1920. It felt badly maintained, like a lot of places in Sicily. Much of the property is a barren wasteland, though the lawn outside the main house is beautiful. There are no BBQ facilities outside the individual units. Lots of misrepresentation. The owner/manager didn't seem to care. It seems all too common in Sicily. Take it or leave it.
