The room looks out onto the square in front of a school and the road to Porziuncola Church. The superior double room is beautiful, but it has no bathroom inside; the bathroom is outside the room and shared with other guests.

The house is clean and has rooms for rent, with a shared kitchen and bathroom. It's 350 meters from the center of Santa Maria degli Angeli.

It's close to Santa Maria degli Angeli, and the place is clean and equipped down to the smallest details. The owner is kind and helpful. I recommend it!

The welcome was excellent and the facility very clean. The staff were friendly, and they picked me up from the station and took me back there. I highly recommend it.
